Review orders and issued tickets

Outcome

You will open the issued-tickets list for an event, inspect a single ticket's detail (QR serial, status, face value, attendee), and verify the live stock counters reflect sold tickets accurately.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the RushTik admin as an organiser-owner or organiser-admin.
  • Complete UG-CP-001 and UG-CP-004 — you need a published event with at least one sold ticket (from UG-ST-001 or a box-office sale).
  • All money is integer MMK. Commission is collected from prepaid credit before tickets are issued.

Steps

1. Open the event tickets list

In the admin sidebar, select Events and open your event. On the event detail page, select Tickets from the header buttons.

Expected result: the issued-tickets list opens in a table showing each ticket's QR serial, status badge, ticket type, attendee name, and face value in MMK.

2. Filter and search

Use the search box to find a ticket by QR serial or attendee name. Use the status filter dropdown to filter by status: Valid, Used, Refunded, or Revoked.

Expected result: the list filters live as you type. The status filter narrows the rows to the selected status.

3. Open a ticket detail

Click a ticket row to open its detail page.

Expected result: the ticket detail page shows: QR serial, status badge, ticket type, face value, commission deducted, attendee name and phone, and the event name. The HMAC-signed QR code is rendered.

4. Verify the stock counters

Return to the event detail page and select Ticket types. Observe the stock row for the ticket type that was sold.

Expected result: the Sold counter has incremented by the number of tickets sold. The Available counter has decreased accordingly. The Held counter reflects any active cart holds.

5. Verify the credit balance

In the sidebar, select Payments, then Balance. Review the credit panel.

Expected result: the credit panel shows a deduction entry for each sold ticket's commission. The deduction references the ticket's QR serial. The balance reflects all deductions to date.

Troubleshooting

  • Tickets list is empty: no tickets have been sold yet. Verify the event is in on_sale or live status and the storefront is accessible. Make a test purchase (see UG-ST-001).
  • Sold counter does not match the tickets list: the counters are live. Refresh both pages. If the discrepancy persists, check for pending syncs from offline box-office devices.
  • Ticket status is "Unknown": this indicates a data issue. Contact RushTik support with the QR serial.
  • Commission deduction is missing from the credit panel: the deduction is idempotent and keyed by ticket ID. If it is missing, the ticket may have been issued as a comp (zero commission). Check the ticket detail — comp tickets show "Commission: 0 MMK".
